Rally Day is September 9. We will begin the fall series of Sunday School and Adult Bible classes with the installation of teachers and the children's choir singing during the Divine Service. After our lessons during the Bible class hour, we will enjoy a potluck dinner in the fellowship hall. Adult Bible classes offered this fall include:

Growing in Christ: The Sunday morning Growing in Christ series from Concordia Publishing House will continue this fall for both the children and the adults. Following are the Old Testament lessons for this month.
    Sep 9:   Genesis 31:3; 32:1-33:20
    Sep 16: Genesis 37
    Sep 23: Genesis 39
    Sep 30: Genesis 40-41

Lutheran Spirituality: An alternate adult class for Sunday morning will be a new member information class utilizing a book titled Spirituality of the Cross and the Small Catechism.

For Women: A Tuesday afternoon study titled Servants of the Lord. This study helps women discover their own gifts as they look at six different woman of the Bible and how they served God. This study begins Sep 11 at 1:30. Please contact Earlene Graudin if you are interested. The first meeting will include a lunch that begins at 12:30.

Wednesday evening: On the second and fourth Wednesday evenings at 7 pm, Pastor will conduct a study of the following Sunday's Scripture readings. This group will meet at the Atlanta Bread Company in West Ashley.
