Pastor Sandeno and David MacDougall, who were in the "Green" group, had a tiny window of relatively dry weather during which they did some framing work on a homesite in Gautier, MS, about 20 miles east of Biloxi. Jon Bauer was in the "Blue" group, and his team worked on a house in Biloxi, about three blocks away from the work camp. Jon walked to the site and checked it out, but the weather prevented any work from being done on that first day.
